2、跟踪模型优化升级2.0版本，减少了跟踪丢失球的情况，大家可以测试反馈。
3、增加了重跑视频申请，如发现视频跟踪不到球，或其他问题需要重跑，可以自助提交申请，我们会为您重跑视频达到最佳效果。

6、APP加入了在线视频预览和Clips功能、优化了上传机制、增加了自动更新功能。

8、注册时可选择中国区域、美国或新加坡地区，针对您所属区域选择合适的区域可以大大加快视频处理和上传的速度。注册后也可在APP设置-区域选择-修改区域。
9、请及时更新相机至1.0.39版本，该版本解决了部分相机录制时音画不同步问题。


1、New scoreboard and tagging features have been added to the user dashboard.
Log in to the BallRec Hub at hub.ballrec.com, open your video, and click the Edit button to set up scoreboard details in the video settings.
You can also create automatic video clips (for shots and goals) using the tagging feature.

2、The tracking model has been upgraded to version 2.0, significantly reducing cases where the ball is lost during tracking. You are welcome to test and provide feedback.

3、A video re-run request feature has been added.
If the tracking fails to detect the ball or other issues occur, you can submit a re-run request yourself, and we will reprocess the video to achieve the best result.

7、During registration, you can now choose between China, the United States, or Singapore regions.
Selecting the region closest to you can greatly improve video processing and upload speed.
You can also change this setting later under App Settings → Region Selection → Change Region.

8、Please update your camera firmware to version 1.0.39, which fixes an issue where audio and video could become unsynchronized during recording.
