The camera comes with an original charger. Please be sure to use the original charger for charging. Chargers from other brands may not meet the charging specifications of the dome camera due to different voltage and current parameters.

The equipment has been tested in rainy days (light or moderate rain), exposed to the sun (above 30 degrees Celsius), etc., and can be used normally.

Please be careful to prevent water from flowing into the camera after using it in rainy days. Please wipe it clean before turning the camera upside down to prevent water droplets from entering from the bottom heat dissipation port and damaging the fan.

The battery life of the camera depends on the usage environment. The battery life will change in extremely cold and high temperature environments. We tested it in extreme environments and found that it can be used continuously for at least 5 to 6 hours after a full charge.

We recommend using a tripod at a height of about 4-5 meters for 7-person competitions.

11 people use a tripod longer than 7 meters.

You can use other brands of tripods, just make sure there is a 1/4 standard nut at the connection.

Please ensure the height of other brands of tripods. Insufficient height will affect the recording effect.
